FilmLink® 520 by Imerys is a treated ground calcium carbonate promotes breathability in plastic films for sanitation products. It also acts as a dispersing and thixotropic agent in breathable polyolefins. It is recommended for applications such as diapers, feminine hygiene products or roofing films and personal protective equipment (PPE). It improves mechanical, rheological, optical & dispersion properties and reduced waste. FilmLink® 520 provides high brightness, high opacity, good color, controlled surface treatment to reduce volatile effect and defined particle size distribution for good properties.

FilmLink® 400 by Imerys is a treated ground calcium carbonate promotes breathability in plastic films for sanitation products. It also acts as a dispersing and thixotropic agent in breathable polyolefins. It is recommended for applications such as diapers, feminine hygiene products or roofing films and personal protective equipment (PPE). It is designed for high moisture vapor transmission rate films. It improves mechanical, rheological, optical & dispersion properties and reduced waste. It provides high brightness, high opacity, good color, controlled surface treatment to reduce volatile effect and defined particle size distribution for good properties.

Sanitized® BC A 21-61 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial additive. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers typically used for sheets and extruded or molded parts such as PP, PE, PC, EVA, ABS, PS, PUR, PMMA, SBR, and other thermoplastic elastomers. Substrates protected with product are safe for men and the environment.

• It protects the polymer against microbial infestation, inhibits bacteria and their activity, and prevents the formation of unpleasant odors caused by bacteria.
• It offers durable effectiveness, is washing resistant, and remains stable at temperatures up to 500°C.
• It contains a transparent glass ceramic carrier and is based on silver, a naturally occurring active ingredient.
• It is compatible with most additives used in the plastic industry, such as stabilizers, antistatic products, fillers, pigments, optical brighteners and UV absorbers.
• It is used in various applications, including home furnishing items such as flooring and laminated surfaces, household and sanitary articles like brooms, brush bristles and handles, boards, films, sponges, containers, appliances, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs, and sinks.
• Sanitized® BC A 21-61 is also used in clothing, including shoe insoles, artificial leather, and gloves, as well as industrial applications like filters, ropes, packaging, gaskets, films, and housings.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% of the total weight of the material to be protected.
• It is EPA-registered, BPR-compliant and approved for polymers with food contact (US FDA and EFSA).

Dyneema® Diamond 3.0 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a fiber for protective gloves which initiates paradigm shift in lightweight, comfort and strength. It is third generation of Dyneema® Diamond fiber.

• It also offers wearability and reliability.
• Gloves can be made using a single yarn technology without the need for reinforcement yarns.
• It is 40% lighter than previous iterations of the fiber.

GSGA V-7702 Q Black (Glass) by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a copper chromite black inorganic pigment. It has excellent chemical resistance, outdoor durability, light fastness and heat stability. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory. It is recommended for glass, RPVC, polyolefin, and engineering resins.

SOLVELAST PA-30 by Solvento is a medium-viscosity polyester adipate polymeric plasticizer. Provides an optimal balance between processability and permanence. Offers excellent resistance to extraction by oils, fats and solvents. It is a low migration grade with high durability.

• It is used in food-contact flexible PVC, medical devices and industrial (gloves and protective clothing) applications.
• Complies with REACH regulation.
• SOLVELAST PA-30 has a shelf life of 24 months.

Kevlar® 29 by Arclin is an aramid fiber. It is used in bulletproof vests, ropes and cables, cut-resistant gloves, helmets, vehicular armoring, and rubber reinforcement in tires.

Kevlar® KM2 by Arclin is an aramid fiber. It is a grade optimized for fragmentation resistance, developed to meet military specifications for stopping shrapnel and high-velocity debris. It is used in military helmets and tactical vests.

Titanium dioxide(>98.5%). It is a white colored masterbatch. Exhibits whitening, brightness, excellent optical property and hiding-power. Suitable for paper, rubber, glass and plastics.

Sanitized® PL 18-33 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial agent for textile and plastic applications. It provides highly effective and durable protection against large number of molds, mildew, fungi, yeast and bacteria in plastic, PVC and vinyl products. It also prevents formation of unpleasant odors caused by bacteria. It shows compatibility with PVC plastisols and solvent-based PUR. It is a ready to use and easy to dose grade.

• It shows light- and pH stability in the range of 2-10.
• It is suitable for indoor applications such as floor and wall coverings, coated fabrics for upholstery, shower curtains and awnings, and outdoor applications such as swimming pool liners, lining foils, cable casings, tarpaulins and tents.
• It is used in clothing and sports articles such as rain and protective wear, shoes, boots and gloves.
• Substrates protected with Sanitized® PL 18-33 are safe for man and environment.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.75% related to the total weight of the material to be protected.
• It is EPA, PMRA and BPR registered.
