Rhenocure® ZP

Rhenocure® ZP by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an ultra-accelerator for the vulcanization of natural- and synthetic rubber like SBR, NBR and EPDM. In combination with thiuram and thiazole accelerators, it reduced cure rates and improved processing safety. In solid rubber compounds the scorch times increase and in latex products, it gives the shortest scorch time. It is also used in small amounts for secondary acceleration and activation of compounds which are cured with thiazole or thiuram accelerators. It exhibits very good tensile and resilience to aging in vulcanizate products like NR and IR. Recommended for technical rubber goods, footwear, cables, surgical and hygienic articles and goods which come into contact with foodstuffs. Rhenocure® ZP is also suitable in pharmaceuticals or cosmetics, fabric proofing, dipped goods, latex goods, self-curing mixes and solutions. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
