Polymerized Wax H-23

Polymerized Wax H-23 by Qingdao Sinoplas Hi-New Material is a polymerized polyethylene wax. It acts as a processing aid, lubricant, release-, slip-, anti-block- and wetting agent. It is used in the processing of thermoplastic and thermoset resins to facilitate better extrusion and reduce molding cycle time. It can be used as a carrier and binder in pigment masterbatches production to provide wetting properties and better dispersion. It shows insulation and heat resistance in the processing of electrical products. It also improves and adjusts softening point. It also acts as a barrier between rubber surface and atmosphere that prevents atmospheric ozone to dry-up the rubber, thereby allowing the tire to retain its strength. Polymerized Wax H-23 also provides abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, gloss, hardness in paper & corrugated packaging. It offers slip properties in PVC processing and compounding, by forming a film between the PVC and its extrusion equipment, resulting in improved productivity and power savings. It can be used in rubber and tire industry to provide release ability, viscosity adjustment and compatibility.
