BTA-4007 by Nanjing Baitong New Material is an aryl phosphate nucleating agent. It optimizes rigidity and transparency. It improves the chemical resistance (acid, oil) and dimensional stability. It increases the crystallization temperature and shortens the injection cooling time.
- It refines the size of the crystal and reduces the warping deformation caused by internal stress.
- It inhibits post-constriction and improves product size accuracy.
- It is suitable for processing by injection molding and blow molding.
- It is used in transparent meal boxes, washing machine bucket automotive interior parts (dashboard, door handle), radiator fans, sockets, connectors, housing, medical bottles, food and cosmetic packaging.
- BTA-4007 also has geotextiles and non-woven fabrics applications.
- Its recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.15 phr.
