MASTERFRAN® FM 56001 A by Marfran is a foaming masterbatch based on physical expanding additive. The active principle is incorporated in a polymeric carrier (often EVA) which makes it compatible with the most common plastic materials such as TPE-S, polyolefins, PVC, EVA, EPDM, polyurethane. It offers cost reduction, weight reduction & eliminates suction phenomena.
- It provides velvety and matt finish with a soft touch feeling, when used along with plastic materials.
- Used in automotive, sports, safety toys & gadgets, mechanical equipments & tools, closure & caps, tubing and fittings.
- Recommended dosage level of MASTERFRAN® FM 56001 A is 2-6%.
