HECO® FOAM 910 BIO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for biopolymers such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene succinate (PBS) in injection molding, extrusion and direct gassing.
- Recommended dosage level is 1.0-2.0% for extrusion (weight reduction), 0.3-0.5% for injection molded parts to avoid sink marks, 0.2-1.2% for cell regulation and nucleation and 1.0-2.5% for weight reduction.
- HECO® FOAM 910 BIO has a shelf life of 12 months.
