Javachem® GT-500

Javachem® GT-500 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in LLDPE. It improves processing fluidity and reduces torque. It enhances surface gloss, surface smoothness, mold-filling ability and demolding properties and reduces die-drool. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film extrusion. Javachem® GT-500 is recommended to be used for LSOH cable materials. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0 % for PE and EVA. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with article 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years.
