Javachem® GT-500 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in LLDPE. It improves processing fluidity and reduces torque. It enhances surface gloss, surface smoothness, mold-filling ability and demolding properties and reduces die-drool. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film extrusion. Javachem® GT-500 is recommended to be used for LSOH cable materials. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0 % for PE and EVA. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with article 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years.
Javachem® TP-200E by Javachem is a low VOC, dispersion of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane in polypropylene for PP auto modification materials. It is easy to add in the production process due to its particle form. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film. It offers improved surface scratch resistance, reduced coefficient of friction, improved processing fluidity, reduced torque and enhance throughput. It provides mold filling ability, de-molding properties, enhanced surface gloss & smoothness and no exudation. Javachem® TP-200E can be used together with additives and fillers that can promote the dispersion. It can be used as a food contact additive. The polyolefin part is compliant with article 177.1520(c) 1.1 of FDA, and the siloxane part is compliant with article 181.28 of FDA. The dosage level of the grade for PP is 1.0-5.0%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
Javachem® GT-600 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in LLDPE. It provides good lubrication, slip & anti-sticking properties, excellent thermal stability, low volatile content (VOC), abrasion resistance and scratch resistance and improves processability and surface performance. It can improve processing fluidity, surface gloss, smoothness and reduce torque. Javachem® GT-600 can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. The recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0 % for PE, PP, EVA and PA. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with article 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years.
