Javachem® A-2000

Javachem® A-2000 by Javachem is a N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl)-dodecanamide. It is an internal antistatic agent. It is recommended for plastic resin products such as PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PS, SAN and ABS. It exhibits fast and long-lasting antistatic performance even in low humidity. It can be directly mixed with polymer before into the single/double screw extruder or injection molding machine. It can be used in color masterbatch or high-content filler products to improve dispersion. Javachem® A-2000 can be used with additives. It is recommended for packaging material. It is in accordance with the relevant food contact article in FDA. The dosage level of the grade for PE is 0.1-0.8%, PP is 0.4-2%, for PS, SAN, ABS is 0.5-2.5%, for PVC is 0.2-0.5 % and for PA is 1.0-2.0%.
