HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® VLV by Hallstar acts as polymeric plasticizer. It is a polyester adipate.
- It possesses high efficiency, very easy processing and very low viscosity.
- It has similar handling ability profile to standard monomerics yet provides an improvement in the level of resistance to extraction by various media when compared to monomerics such as DOP, DINP and linear phthalates.
- HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® VLV offers excellent cold flex properties and compares favorably with most phthalates and trimellitates.
- It is compatible with acrylic resins, nitrile, nitrocellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride acetate.
- It is used in coated fabrics, film and sheeting for use in low temperatures, gaskets, general-purpose film, low viscosity plastisols, phthalate alternative, pigment dispersant, pastisol coatings and PVC film.
