TP-90B®

TP-90B® by Hallstar is a mixture of hexaoxatricosane (95-99%) and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether (1-5%). It is a highly compatible plasticizer designed to provide maximum low temperature flexibility to various types of elastomers. It functions effectively without seriously degrading the rubbers physical characteristics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Because of its rapid plasticizing action, TP-90B® is also useful for softening slightly scorched stocks with little effect on their ultimate properties.</li> <li>It is compatible with butyl, chlorinated rubber, natural rubber, SBR, chloroprene, hydrogenated nitrile, nitrile and epichlorohydrin.</li> <li>TP-90B® applications include automotive molded parts, automotive shoes & boots, cellular rubber goods, electrical jacketing, friction compounds, garden hose, gaskets, grommets, hose and tubing, industrial aprons, industrial hose & tubing and wire & cables.</li> <li>It complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL and AICS.</li></ul>

Plasthall® 83SS

Plasthall® 83SS by Hallstar is a plasticizer and processing aid. It is 2-(2-butoxyethoxy) ethyl ester of mixed dibasic acids. It is a dibutoxyethoxylethyl sebacate substitute. It offers the similar performance to polymers that standard dibutoxyethoxyethyl sebacate (DBEES) would impart. It is compatible with nitrile. Plasthall® 83SS applications include film and sheeting for use in low temperatures. Complies with TSCA.

HallGreen® 108 TM

HallGreen® 108 TM by Hallstar is a monomeric ester based on trimellitate chemistry. It is compatible with various elastomer polymer systems and PVC. It is developed to match the performance of synthetic trimellitate products such as Plasthall® 8-10 TME in terms of plasticizing efficiency, tensile strength and low-temperature flexibility, while maintaining these properties even after heat aging. HallGreen® 108 TM is suitable for use in wire and cable applications, as well as in film and sheeting designed for low-temperature environments.
