HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® PLA by Hallstar is a polymeric plasticizer. It is medium molecular weight polyester adipate.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits good migration behavior, marring resistance and resistance to extraction by water and detergents.</li>
<li>It is used mainly for PVC and nitrile rubber applications.</li>
<li>HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® PLA can also be used for appliance gasket, cap liners and seals, coated fabrics, conveyor belts and electrical tape.</li>
<li>It is designed for use in food hoses, food packaging, food trays, gaskets, general-purpose film, industrial hose and tubing, oil and grease resistant insulation, oil and grease resistant packaging, PVC gasketing, refrigerator gasket, wire and cable.</li></ul> HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 7017 by Hallstar is polyester adipate. It acts as a polymeric plasticizer.<br>

<li>It possesses low molecular weight and very low viscosity.</li>
<li>It offers good permanence and ease of processing.</li>
<li>It is compatible with nitrile, nitrocellulose and polyvinyl chloride.</li>
<li>It has a combination of permanence to both polar and non-polar mediums.</li>
<li>It is used for plastisol applications as well as flexible PVC and nitrile.</li>

<li>HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 7017 is also readily biodegradable.</li></ul> HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® VLV by Hallstar acts as polymeric plasticizer. It is a polyester adipate.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It possesses high efficiency, very easy processing and very low viscosity.</li>
<li>It has similar handling ability profile to standard monomerics yet provides an improvement in the level of resistance to extraction by various media when compared to monomerics such as DOP, DINP and linear phthalates.</li>
<li>HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® VLV offers excellent cold flex properties and compares favorably with most phthalates and trimellitates.</li>
<li>It is compatible with acrylic resins, nitrile, nitrocellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride acetate.</li>
<li>It is used in coated fabrics, film and sheeting for use in low temperatures, gaskets, general-purpose film, low viscosity plastisols, phthalate alternative, pigment dispersant, pastisol coatings and PVC film.</li></ul> HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 195 by Hallstar is a plasticizer. It is a polyester adipate.<br>

<li>It has good electrical and physical properties.</li>
<li>It is used mainly for PVC and nitrile rubber.</li>

<li>HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 195 can also be used for belts, conveyor belts, general-purpose film, coated fabrics, industrial hose and tubing, seals and as phthalate alternative.</li></ul> HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 925 by Hallstar is a polymeric plasticizer. It is a polyester adipate.<br>

<li>It possesses compatibility with polyvinyl chloride.</li>
<li>Used in coated fabrics, commercial graphic film, decals, decorative /protective sheet, general-purpose film, and PVC film.</li>
<li>HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 925 is biodegradable (80.6%) according to OECD301B (requiring products to show >60% biodegradation in 28 days).</li></ul> HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 171 by Hallstar acts as polymeric plasticizer. It is a mixed dibasic acid polyester. It is highly efficient as well as very easy processing.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It possesses low viscosity and nominal molecular weight 1200.</li>
<li>It has compatibility with nitrile, nitrocellulose, polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl chloride.</li>
<li>It is economical to use, easy to handle and provides a good level of resistance both to migration and to extraction by oils and hydrocarbons.</li>
<li>It offers resistance to heat aging and thus ensures a very good retention of physical properties in high temperature PVC compounds.</li>
<li>HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 171 is used in PVC formulations and suggested to be used in automotive interiors, baby wear, belts, footwear, general-purpose film, low viscosity plastisols, PVC film, wires and cables.</li></ul> HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 904 by Hallstar is polyester adipate which Acts as polymeric plasticizer. Has low to medium molecular weight with excellent extraction resistance and good low temperature performance. Possesses compatibility with nitrile and polyvinyl chloride. Exhibits good migration behavior, resistance to extraction by both water and detergent solutions combined with food cold flex properties. It performs just as well as phthalates in humid environments. Used in PVC plastisol industry. HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 904 is well suited for applications where resistance to oil and grease is needed. Can also be used for appliance gasket, coated fabrics, electrical tape, film and sheeting for use in low temperatures, general-purpose film, lubricants, oil and grease resistant insulation, oil and grease resistant packaging, PVC film, PVC gasketing, refrigerator gasket, wire and cable.
