EMULTROL PS-2470 by Concentrol is an aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxanes. Acts as a release agent, anti-adherent and lubricant. It does not contain alkyl phenol alkoxylates (APEO's). Oil phase is a medium viscosity fluid with non-permanent behavior. Exhibits excellent emulsion stability even after dilution and good surface wetting properties. The dried film offers water repellent properties. EMULTROL PS-2470 is used in molding of rubber parts (shoes, tyres, mats), plastic parts, resin bonded sound proofing carpets, shell molds for metal casting, conveyor belts, presses for fired refractories and offset printing machine folding bars. Complies with FDA regulations.
