EMULTROL LBR-115-60

EMULTROL LBR-115-60 by Concentrol is a non-yellowing aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxanes. Acts as a release agent, anti-adherent and lubricant. It does not contain alkyl phenol alkoxylates (APEO's). Oil phase is a medium viscosity fluid with non-permanent behavior. Exhibits excellent emulsion stability even after dilution (up to 50ºC), good freeze-thaw stability (5 cycles) and good surface wetting properties. The dried film offers water repellent properties. Is non-yellowing, reduces needle temperature, wear and thread breakage and provides a natural hand to fabric. EMULTROL LBR-115-60 by Concentrol is used in molding of rubber parts (shoes, tyres, mats), plastic parts, resin bonded sound proofing carpets, shell molds for metal casting, conveyor belts, presses for fired refractories and offset printing machine folding bars. Complies with Regulation (EC) 10/2011, on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
