Oleris® Esterol F by Arkema is a mixture of fatty acid methyl esters in C18 processed from castor oil (FAME, VOME from castor oil) and a pour point depressant. It acts as fluxing agent in bitumen, viscosity regulator in metallurgy, degreasing & cleaning agent, mold release agent, and solvent for agrochemical preparations. It is readily biodegradable and exhibits low toxicity, low viscosity, low pour point, good oxidation resistance, high boiling point, high lubricity, good anti-wear properties and high flash point. is recommended for various industrial applications such as lubricant manufacturers, building & construction, automotive & transportation (metal working fluids & hydraulic fluids), food industry and agrochemicals. It has a shelf life of 3 years and complies with the REACH regulation.
