ProVital™ + Permstat

ProVital™ + Permstat by Ampacet is a medical-grade, non-migratory antistatic masterbatch. It is specifically developed to provide immediate and permanent antistatic properties to polyolefin films used in pharmaceutical processes.

• When used in the external layers of packaging films, it creates a dissipative polymeric network within the bulk layer of the film, and allows the electrostatic charges accumulated on the film surface to dissipate throughout the external layer.
• Its effect is consistent during the lifetime of the film as it lasts as long as the film is in use.
• It efficiently empties powder from packaging materials and prevents some particles from remaining inside the bag due to the static effect.
• It eliminates the presence of static powder in the sealing area of sealed bags.
• ProVital™ + Permstat can be used in polyethylene cleanroom films which are used to store and transfer pharmaceutical raw materials or active ingredients used in drug production.
• It provides full consistency of formulation with a no-change policy for raw materials, with manufacturing under consistent process parameters and controlled-room production to minimize cross contamination risks.
