PAT 656/3

PAT 656/3 by Airetec is an internal lubricating release agent. It reduces or even eliminates the need for external release agents applied to the mold, while also helping to prevent clogging.

• In pultrusion processes, its excellent lubricating properties allow profiles to slide more easily through the die, improving production speed and delivering a very good surface finish.
• The product must be thoroughly mixed with the resin before adding any fillers and is a classic solution in epoxy pultrusion.
• Post-molding operations such as bonding and painting can be carried out without restriction.
• The recommended dosage level is 1-2%.
