CIREX DI 03

CIREX DI 03 by Airetec is an internal lubricating release agent that reduces resin thixotropy, thereby promoting fiber wetting. It significantly reduces or can even eliminates the need for external release agents while preventing mold fouling.

• In pultrusion applications, its excellent lubricating properties enable profiles to slide more easily through the die, increasing production speed and delivering a high-quality surface finish.
• CIREX DI 03 should be thoroughly mixed with the resin before adding any fillers, and post-molding operations such as bonding and painting can be carried out without restriction.
• Recommended dosage level is 1%.
