It has a high gas yield, fast response time and generates fine, closed-cell foams which result in moldings & extrusions of high quality. Suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination, blow molding, extrusion molding, sheet, film & profiles extrusion and rotational molding. Recommended for gas assist molding and gas counter-pressure foam molding. The recommended dosage is 1% for structural foam molding, 0.20% for sink mark elimination, 0.25% for nitrogen foam molding and 0.20% for extrusion & blow molding.
