Endex 1010™ by Endex is mixture of polycarbonic acid salt and inorganic carbonates in a polymeric carrier. Acts as a processing aid and foaming agent. It improves polymer flow & weld line strength and eliminates molded-in stresses, warp as well as sinks marks. It enables fine cell structure, fast degassing, fast extrusion, compatibility with beryllium-copper and no-plate-out on molds. It generates fine, closed-cell foams, which result in moldings and extrusions of high quality. Endex 1010™ is used in moisture sensitive engineering plastics especially polycarbonate and PET. Suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination, blow & extrusion molding and gas injection molding.
