Endex 4221™ by Endex is a mixture of 4,4’, polycarbonic acid salt and inorganic carbonate in a polymeric carrier. Acts as a processing aid and foaming agent. It exhibits endothermic properties, quality & efficiency with versatility and cost-effectiveness. It enables fine cell structure, fast degassing, fast extrusion, compatibility with beryllium-copper and no-plate-out on molds. It improves polymer flow & weld line strength and eliminates molded-in stresses, warp as well as sinks marks. Endex 4221™ is suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination & blow and extrusion molding. The recommended dosage is 1-2% for structural foam molding, 0.1% for sink mark elimination, 0.3% for nitrogen foam molding and 0.3% for extrusion & blow molding.
