Zetpol® 2001 by Zeon Chemical is a 40% ACN, highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It displays high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. This grade offers good balance of low temperature, high oil resistance, and mechanical properties. It is ideal for PIP intake seals, belt in oil, and oil field applications such as packers, stators, and blow out preventers. It is FDA-compliant. The shelf life of Zetpol® 2001 is 3 years.
