Zeotherm® 100-80B by Zeon Chemical is a recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. Possesses lowest durometer and survives long-term exposure to 150°C (300°F) air & oil. Exhibits fluidity resistance, excellent heat resistance (sustained at 150°C; spikes to 175°C) and low temperature performance (-40°C). Offers excellent resistance to many minerals, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. Is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot). It can be processed by injection molding. Zeotherm® 100-80B is recommended for automotive and industrial applications. Zeotherm® 151-40D by Zeon Chemical is a black colored, water insoluble, recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. Exhibits excellent heat resistance (sustained at 150°C & spikes to 175°C) and low temperature performance (-40°C). It offers excellent resistance to many mineral, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. It is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot) or hot-plate welding. It is processed by blow molding, conventional extrusion, co-extrusion and 3D sequential. Zeotherm® 151-40D is recommended for automotive air ducts and boots/ bellows. Zeotherm® 150-50D by Zeon Chemical is a recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It exhibits resistance to heat, grease, oils and temperatures up to 150°C (sustained) & 175°C (spike). Zeotherm® 150-50D is processed by blow molding. Possible applications include automotive underhood boots/bellows and air ducts. Zeotherm® 110-70B by Zeon Chemical is a black colored, recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. It exhibits fluidity resistance, excellent heat resistance (sustained at 140°C & spikes to 150°C) and low temperature performance (-40°C). This grade offers excellent resistance to many mineral, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. It can withstand long-term exposure to 150°C (300°F) air & oil and is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot). It is processed by injection molding. Zeotherm® 110-70B is recommended for automotive and industrial applications. It is listed with SAE J2558. Zeotherm® 131-90B by Zeon Chemical is a black colored, water insoluble, recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Zeotherm® 100-60B by Zeon Chemical is a black colored, recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. This grade possesses lowest durometer, improved flexibility, tactile feel and survives long-term exposure to 150°C (300°F) air & oil. It exhibits fluidity resistance, excellent heat resistance (sustained at 150°C/300°F; spikes to 175°C/350°F) and low temperature performance (-40°C). It offers excellent resistance to many mineral, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. It is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot). It is processed by injection molding. Zeotherm® 100-60B is recommended for automotive and industrial applications. It is listed with SAE J2558.
