HTP 800 by Westlake Plastics is a very cost-effective, clear CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) based material free from lead (Pb), heavy metals, or any EPA SARA 313 reportable ingredients. It exhibits light transmission (69%), chemical resistance, flame resistance, excellent clarity (no haze) and stiffness. It can be manufactured as sheets (3mm to 25mm thick with 6mm as standard in 48" x 96" sheets). Suitable for manufacturing windows and doors in cleanroom equipments. Applications include clean room access panels, site windows, clean room partitions, tank covers, fluid handling devices, semiconductor equipments and fire safe componentry. HTP 800 by Westlake Plastics is listed in UL 94 (V-0) and FM 4910 (JI#3006348).
