PROPYLUX® Propylux by Westlake Plastics is a natural translucent white, low density, formable, weldable, chemically stable polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade available in the form of pellets. Exhibits low moisture absorption, good mechanical toughness, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Recommended for tanks/ tank covers, welding cabinetry, etching rinse tubs, cutting board, fan shrouds and blades. PROPYLUX® Propylux complies with FDA, USDA regulations. PROPYLUX® Propylux VF by Westlake Plastics is a natural translucent white, low density, void-free, formable, weldable, chemically stable polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade available in the form of pellets. Exhibits low moisture absorption, good mechanical toughness, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Recommended for tanks/ tank covers, welding cabinetry, etching rinse tubs, cutting board, fan shrouds and blades. PROPYLUX® Propylux VF complies with FDA, USDA regulations. PROPYLUX® HS2 by Westlake Plastics is a laser markable, lot controlled, traceable, heat stabilized, BSE/TSE free polypropylene (PP) grade. It is available in white WHV200 and black BKV200 form. Exhibits low moisture absorption, superior dimensional stability, excellent chemical resistance and ability to withstand higher temperatures. It can be sterilized by steam autoclaving and cold sterilization. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Recommended for cranio-maxillofacial trays and sterilization tray components in medical/ healthcare sector. PROPYLUX® HS2 complies with FDA, USP VI regulations and ISO 10993-5. PROPYLUX® HS by Westlake Plastics is a laser markable, lot controlled, heat stabilized, traceable, BSE/TSE free polypropylene (PP) grade. Exhibits low moisture absorption, superior dimensional stability, excellent chemical resistance and ability to withstand higher temperatures. It can be sterilized by steam autoclaving and cold sterilization. Is suitable for processing by rod extrusion. Recommended for provisional trials and instrument handles in medical sector. PROPYLUX® HS complies with FDA, USP VI regulations, ISO 10993-5, ISO 10993-10 P1/P2 and ISO 10993-11.
