ABSYLUX® FR by Westlake Plastics is a flame-retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Is a low cost, easy to paint, glue and fabricate grade. Exhibits excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and aesthetic qualities. Possesses good strength, stiffness and machinability. It is suitable for use in food processing applications. It is recommended for machined prototypes, structural components, support blocks, housings and covers. ABSYLUX® FR complies with FDA and UL 94 V-0, 5VA flame rating. ABSYLUX® CN-P CONDUCTIVE by Westlake Plastics is a conductive acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade, filled with carbon powder. Is an easily machined, durable and bondable grade. Exhibits good chemical resistance, high strength, stiffness and impact strength. Can be fabricated into close tolerance finished parts. ABSYLUX® CN-P CONDUCTIVE is recommended for disk drive assembly fixtures, electronic component transfer trays, telecommunications hardware, automotive equipment and semiconductor and electronic components. Complies with UL 94 HB Flame Rating. ABSYLUX® Unfilled by Westlake Plastics is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Is a low cost, easy to paint, glue and fabricate grade. Exhibits excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and aesthetic qualities. Possesses good strength, stiffness and machinability. ABSYLUX® Unfilled is suitable for use in food processing applications. Recommended for machined prototypes, structural components, support blocks, housings and covers. Complies with FDA and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. ABSYLUX® SD-A STATIC-DISSIPATIVE by Westlake Plastics is an anti-static acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Is an easily machined and durable grade. Exhibits high impact strength, good chemical resistance, stiffness, tensile- and flexural strength. Can be easily thermoformed in thinner gauges, and is bondable with WELD-ON® 1707. It is recommended for disk drive assembly fixtures, electronic component transfer trays, telecommunications hardware, automotive equipment and semiconductor and electronic components. ABSYLUX® SD-A STATIC-DISSIPATIVE complies with UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
