LENNITE® GUR1050 by Westlake Plastics is a natural colored, lot controlled, traceable, stress relieved, fabricated, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade produced from premium resins. Available as stock material in Type I and II resins. It can be sterilized by ethylene oxide (EtO) gas, cold sterilization and limited gamma irradiation. Is suitable for processing by ram extrusion. Recommended for total hip and knee joint prosthesis, various other surgical implants and medical devices. LENNITE® GUR1050 complies with ASTM F-648 and ISO 5834-1/2. LENNITE® GUR1020 by Westlake Plastics is a controlled, traceable, stress relieved, fabricated, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade produced from premium resins. It is a carbon powder filled grade. LENNITE® CN-P exhibits good chemical & stress crack resistance, high impact strength/ light weight and good wear resistance. This grade possesses excellent abrasion resistance. It is designed for manufacturing of impact strips, equipment in the electrical/ electronic or semiconductor industry and conveyor belt/ rail. LENNITE® SD-P by Westlake Plastics is a static dissipative ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It is a carbon powder filled grade. It possesses good wear resistance, high impact strength/ light weight and excellent abrasion resistance. This grade displays good chemical and stress crack resistance. It is a self-lubricating polymer. LENNITE® SD-P is designed for manufacturing of impact strips, equipment in the electrical/ electronic or semiconductor industry and conveyor belt/ rail.
