CLARIFLEX™ by Westlake Plastics is a flexible, high purity, transparent fluoroplastic composed of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoro-propylene, and vinylidene fluoride. Exhibits low permeability, light transmission (95%), chemical resistance and extreme flame resistance. It can be processed using compression molding and extrusion (sheet, rod and films). It can be used as a flame resistant substitute for polycarbonate. Applications include glove boxes and semiconductor equipment window components. CLARIFLEX™ by Westlake Plastics is approved by FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
