ELASTOSIL® eco LR 5003/60 A/B by Wacker is a non-post cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It is additionally post-cured to achieve greater strength. It enables cost-efficient and high volume production. It is designed for lifestyle products, drinking straws, baking tins, dough scrapers and other items. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>ELASTOSIL® eco LR 5003/60 A/B is suitable for processing by injection molding. </li>
<li>It is easily pigment-able two-component grade with very low volatile content. </li>
<li>It is produced in a resource-efficient manner and stem from plant-based methanol derived from non-fossil sources. </li>
<li>It is recommended for food, dairy, molded parts and household applications. </li>
<li>It meets the requirements of BfR and US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.</li></ul> ELASTOSIL® N 9189 by Wacker is a non-slump, fully vulcanized, moisture curing, one-part silicone rubber. It is electrically conductive, heat resistant, non-slumping, self-adhesive, shear thinning and uses tin-free catalysis. It exhibits medium hardness shore A and excellent adhesion to many substrates. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric humidity and only alcohol is released during curing. It is a non-sag compound that becomes free flowing under shear force. It is used for sealing and bonding applications. It provides long-term stability against weathering, moisture and UV radiation. It is commonly used in the engineering sector and does not require specially pretreated surfaces. ELASTOSIL® N 9189 has applications in the electrical, appliances, automotive, electronics and railway industries. ELASTOSIL® N 2076 by Wacker is a flowable, moisture curing, one-part silicone rubber. It is used for coating and encapsulation applications. It exhibits good heat resistance, self-leveling and excellent flame retardant properties. It also exhibits medium hardness and viscosity level. It has high limiting oxygen Index (LOI). It shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture and UV radiation. It is designed for the protective coating of electrical coils. It only releases alcohol during curing. It provides condensation curing that is electrically insulating and resistant to UV and weathering. It is used as a general-purpose coating, particularly for fire-resistant applications such as electrical coils of small transformers or chokes and for encapsulating electrical devices. ELASTOSIL® N 2076 has applications typically in electrical and railway industries. ELASTOSIL® RT 773 by Wacker is a non slump, thixotropic two-part condensation curing silicone rubber. It offers medium to fast-curing, compressibility, low density, primerless adhesion to many substrates (glass, ceramics, metals, plastics and powder coatings) and medium hardness. It is a general purpose grade. It is recommended for appliances, automotive and electrical industry. ELASTOSIL® RT 773 can be processed by vulcanization. It provides long-term stability, weatherability and resistance against UV radiation. ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B by Wacker is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It is paste-like, easily-pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Exhibits high transparency with excellent mechanical properties.<br>
