ELASTOSIL® eco LR 5003/60 A/B

ELASTOSIL® eco LR 5003/60 A/B by Wacker is a non-post cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It is additionally post-cured to achieve greater strength. It enables cost-efficient and high volume production. It is designed for lifestyle products, drinking straws, baking tins, dough scrapers and other items. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>ELASTOSIL® eco LR 5003/60 A/B is suitable for processing by injection molding. </li> <li>It is easily pigment-able two-component grade with very low volatile content. </li> <li>It is produced in a resource-efficient manner and stem from plant-based methanol derived from non-fossil sources. </li> <li>It is recommended for food, dairy, molded parts and household applications. </li> <li>It meets the requirements of BfR and US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.</li></ul>

VINNEX® 8880

VINNEX® 8880 by Wacker is a biodegradable, bio-based and stretchable copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl laurate. It exhibits excellent flexibility, noise damping, good impact strength and low E-modulus. It possesses excellent heat sealability & ultra-sonic sealability, good gas permeability (carbon dioxide, oxygen and water vapor), good transparency, high gloss and excellent mechanical properties. VINNEX® 8880 by Wacker is designed for processing by cast and blown film extrusion. It is suitable for packaging film applications. The recommended use level is 10-40%.

ELASTOSIL® N 9189

ELASTOSIL® N 9189 by Wacker is a non-slump, fully vulcanized, moisture curing, one-part silicone rubber. It is electrically conductive, heat resistant, non-slumping, self-adhesive, shear thinning and uses tin-free catalysis. It exhibits medium hardness shore A and excellent adhesion to many substrates. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric humidity and only alcohol is released during curing. It is a non-sag compound that becomes free flowing under shear force. It is used for sealing and bonding applications. It provides long-term stability against weathering, moisture and UV radiation. It is commonly used in the engineering sector and does not require specially pretreated surfaces. ELASTOSIL® N 9189 has applications in the electrical, appliances, automotive, electronics and railway industries.
