ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 US A/B by Wacker is a two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It is paste-like and easily-pigmentable with high transparency.
  • Exhibits excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
  • It also offers good mechanical strength.
  • It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
  • Exhibits ability to be molded into intricately shaped or precision parts.
  • Offers excellent clarity, molding qualities and pot life after mixing parts A & B.
  • It contains ingredient which are suitable for food contact.
  • It is suitable for health care applications including short-term implants.
  • It can be used in very brief molding cycles for intricately shaped and flash-free parts.
  • ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 US A/B is recommended for medical devices, needle-free IV valves, drink values, diaphragms, soft touch handles & buttons and organic rubber replacement.
  • It is tested according to recommendations of US Pharmacopoeia and meets the requirements of Class VI.
