VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetherketone (PEK) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Provides excellent strength, excellent stiffness, excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. Exhibits good chemical resistance, standard flow, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Shows insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum & titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30 is suitable for higher temperature applications, sterilisation for medical and food contact applications. Complies with FDA.
