VICTREX™ WG™ 102 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, black colored, high performance polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade reinforced with wear additives. It does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other halogenated additives. Exhibits high strength, stiffness, excellent wear resistance and good chemical resistance. Possesses easy flow, excellent dimensional stability, very low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for high temperatures tribological applications. VICTREX™ WG™ 102 complies with FDA.
