EVATHENE® UE612-04 by USI is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 19% VA content. Possesses superb flexibility, excellent adhesion and good low temperature resistance. EVATHENE® UE612-04 exhibits good compatibility, thermal stability and non-toxicity. EVATHENE® UE630 by USI is a water insoluble, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer. It exhibits excellent flexibility, elasticity, transparency, non-toxicity, good resistance to environmental stress cracking and low temperature flexibility. It is suitable for processing by foam compression molding, blow molding, injection molding, profile- & sheet extrusion, casting and co-extrusion. EVATHENE® UE630 is used for substituting flexible PVC, rubbers and other elastomers in the incorporation of foaming agents, crosslinking agents and inorganic fillers. It is also used in shoe sole foaming and food packaging. EVATHENE® UE659 by USI is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 25% VA content. Exhibits excellent low temperature impact strength, environmental stress crack resistance, flexibility, elasticity, transparency and easy processability. EVATHENE® UE659 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion while incorporated with additives. Recommended for developing new applications and substituting for flexible PVC, rubbers and other elastomers. Applications include incorporation of blowing agent and crosslinking agent for injection or compression molding of foamed shoe sole. It can be mixed with tackifier and PE wax to make hot melt adhesive. EVATHENE® UE654-04 by USI is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 32% VA content. Exhibits good flexibility, elasticity, excellent adhesion, good low temperature resistance, good compatibility and greater solubility in organic solvents than other evathene resins. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. EVATHENE® UE654-04 is formulated for hot melt adhesives, general compounding, wire and cable compounds. EVATHENE® UE639-04 by USI is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 28% VA content. Exhibits super flexibility, elasticity, excellent adhesion and good low temperature resistance.<br>

Exhibits high flow, good processability, strong adhesion and excellent water resistance. It offers excellent peel strength, low melting temperature and easy ironing in adhesion applications. EVATHENE® UE508 is developed for powder coating and hot melt adhesion for non-woven fabric. EVATHENE® UE633 by USI is a water-insoluble, non-toxic ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 19% VA content. Exhibits softness, flexibility, elasticity, excellent adhesion, good low temperature resistance and resistance to environmental stress cracking. EVATHENE UE633 by USI is designed for injection molding and extrusion coating. Recommended for swimming fin, closure, bicycle handle and knife holder. EVATHENE® UE633 can also be mixed with tackifier and low molecular weight LDPE to make hot melt to be used as instant adhesive for corrugated container. EVATHENE® UE649-04 is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 19% VA content. Exhibits high flowability, elasticity, excellent adhesion, good low temperature resistance and non-toxicity. Shows greater resistance to blocking. Possesses excellent thermal stability, flexibility and outstanding compatibility with tackifier resins and petroleum wax. EVATHENE® UE649-04 by USI is formulated for hot melt adhesives. The hot melt adheres with other materials which possess good adhesive strength, easy coating and non-solvent, fit the request of environment protection and the hot melt is suitable for packaging and other product assemblies. EVATHENE® UE629 by USI is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 18% VA content. It exhibits excellent flexibility, elasticity, transparency and good resistance to environmental stress cracking. This non-toxic grade offers low temperature flexibility and easy processability. EVATHENE® UE629 is developed for foam injection, foam compression molding, compounding, sheet extrusion, blown molding, casting and co-extrusion machine. It finds application in shoe sole foaming, general compounding and food packaging. EVATHENE® UE634-04 by USI is a water insoluble ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 28% VA content. Possesses super flexibility, elasticity, excellent adhesion, good low temperature resistance, good compatibility, thermal stability and non-toxicity. EVATHENE® UE634-04 by USI is formulated for injection molding, general compounding, hot melt adhesives, wire and cable compounds applications.
