UNITHENE® LH606 by USI is a water insoluble, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It exhibits high impact strength, good stiffness, high hardness, good surface gloss, less warpage, low shrinkage and good resistance to stress cracking.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or melt blending of the pigment into the resin.</li>
<li>It is suitable for processing by injection molding and filament extrusion.</li>
<li>UNITHENE® LH606 applications include injection molding of fruit crates, food containers, industrial items such as pallets, transportation crates, housewares, toys and the fine filament extrusion of mosquito nets.</li></ul> UNITHENE® LH523 by USI is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits high melt index, good processability, superb impact strength and resistance to stress crack owing to its lower density.<br>

Exhibits excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), stiffness, and impact strength. It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or extrusion homogenization of the pigment into resin. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. UNITHENE® LH503 is recommended for mineral water caps, molding pig beds, sport utensils, garden furniture leisure items, baby cars, transportation crates, bicycle seats and pallets and also can be used for extruding thin sheets. UNITHENE® LH614 by USI is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits good processability, high impact strength, good stiffness, high hardness, good surface gloss, less warpage, low shrinkage and good resistance to stress cracking. It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or melt blending of the pigment into the resin. Printing on items molded from the grade can be easily accomplished after flame, chemical or electronic surface treatment. UNITHENE® LH614 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include thin and smart housewares and toys. UNITHENE® LH506 by USI is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits outstanding impact strength and improved resistance to environmental stress. It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or extrusion homogenization of pigment into the resin. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. UNITHENE® LH506 is recommended for molding sport utensils and industrial cases. UNITHENE® LH606-13 is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade containing UV absorber. Exhibits excellent weatherability, high impact strength, good stiffness, high hardness, good surface gloss, less warpage, low shrinkage, good processability and good resistance to stress cracking. It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or melt blending of the pigment into the resin. Printing on items molded from the grade can be easily accomplished after a simple flame, chemical or electronic surface treatment. UNITHENE® LH606-13 by USI is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include injection molding of beer crates, fruit crates, food containers, other industrial items such as pallets and transportation crate. UNITHENE® LH514 by USI is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits high melt flow index, good processability, high impact strength, good stiffness, high hardness, good surface gloss, less warpage, low shrinkage and good resistance to stress cracking. It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or melt blending of the pigment into the resin. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. UNITHENE® LH514 is recommended for injection molding applications including thin and smart housewares, toys. UNITHENE® LH901 is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits good processability, excellent stretchability, less melt
fracture, high tenacity and good resistance to stress cracking. It can be easily pigmented to any color by either dry blending or melt blending of masterbatch into the resin. UNITHENE® LH901 by USI is suitable for processing by filament and sheet extrusion. Applications include manufacture of sheet, thin film and molded articles such as fabrication of fishing nets, ropes, windows screen, upholstery, filters, woven sacks, canvas laminated cloth, various other industrial and ornamental knitted items. UNITHENE® LH608 by USI is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits high impact strength, good stiffness, high hardness, good surface gloss, less warpage, low shrinkage and good resistance to stress cracking. UNITHENE® LH608 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include injection molding of fruit crates, food containers, industrial items such as transportation crates, housewares and toys.
