Millathane® 76 by TSE Industries is a sulphur- or peroxide curable, general purpose millable polyester polyurethane (PU) rubber grade, containing reinforcing fillers. Offers improved processing, hardness, mechanical strength, toughness, low temperature flexibility, good damping, high tear strength, very good compression set and good stress relaxation properties. Provides excellent oil-, fuel-, excellent abrasion-, good hydrolysis, low temperature, good weather and excellent ozone resistance. It is suitable for processing by compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendered sheets could be pressed or roto-cured. Millathane® 76 is used in printing rollers, industrial solid tires, drive belts, vibration isolators, O-rings, suspension bushings, specialty hoses, conveyor beltings, can tester pads, copier rolls, grease seals, dust covers, packing gaskets, chute linings, suction cups and hydraulic seals. Millathane® E34 by TSE Industries is a high performance, peroxide or sulfur-curable, polyether millable urethane rubber grade. Reinforcing fillers like silica, small particle carbon black, plasticizers, anti-degradants and processing aid are added to achieve mechanical strength and hardness. It uses co-agents such as TMPTMA (SR-350) with peroxides to modify processing. Possesses low temperature flexibility, outstanding hydrolytic stability, high rebound resilience, good compression set, low brittle point and good adhesion to metals. Shows good heat aging-, excellent ozone-, hydrolysis-, water-, oil-, fuel-, excellent weathering-, excellent abrasion-, tear- and heat resistance. Millathane® E34 is suitable for processing by extrusion, steam & hot air vulcanization, compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendared sheets could be press-cured or roto-cured. Typical end uses include printing rollers, copier rollers, drive belts, radar dome covers, conveyor belts, footwear outsoles, copier stops, cable jackets, aircraft fasteners and dust covers. Recommended for seals, industrial wheels and gasket applications. Millathane® 66 is a peroxide-curable, millable polyester polyurethane (PU) rubber grade by TSE Industries. Compounding of active fillers like carbon black or fumed silica increases mechanical strength. Offers low compression set, low gas permeability, excellent low & high temperature performance and high mechanical strength. Provides oil-, fuel-, chemical-, excellent abrasion-, very good heat- and high chemical resistance. Millathane® 66 is suitable for processing by vulcanization, compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendered sheets could be pressed or roto-cured. It is used in seals, gaskets, o-rings, membranes, CV-boots, dust covers, mounts and bearings for the automotive industry and for many other hydraulic or pneumatic applications. Recommended for rollers and flippers for office machines and drive belts for audio & video equipments. Millathane® 26 is a peroxide-curable, millable polyether polyurethane (PU) rubber grade by TSE Industries. Reinforcing fillers like silica and small particle carbon black could be incorporated to achieve hardness and high mechanical strength. Offers very short cycle time, excellent flow, demolding and negligible mold fouling. Provides excellent strength, resilience, hardness and good compression set. Shows excellent abrasion-, good heat aging-, very good hydrolysis-, good oil-, good fuel-, excellent ozone-, water-, low temperature- and heat resistance. Millathane® 26 is suitable for processing by vulcanization, compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendered sheets could be pressed or roto-cured. It is used in food contact applications like hoses, gaskets, rollers and beltings. It is recommended for non-food handling applications, including rollers. Meets FDA title 21, parts 177.1680 and 177.2600. Millathane® 55 is a sulphur-, peroxide- or isocyanate curable, millable polyether polyurethane (PU) rubber grade by TSE Industries. Offers low viscosity, high performance, improved processability, excellent strength and low brittle point. Provides high resilience, good hydrolytic stability, good compression set and high hardness at low temperatures. It is used in rubber covered rollers and molded parts. Millathane® 5004M (Premilled) by TSE Industries is a high performance, peroxide-curable, millable polyester urethane rubber grade, containing 1.5 phr carbodiimide hydrolysis stabilizer, processing aids, stabilizers or anti-degradants. Reinforcing fillers like small particle carbon black or precipitated silica are added to achieve increased hardness and mechanical strength. Use of co-agents increases the crosslinking density and improves compression set. Possesses very short cycle time, excellent flow, demolding and negligible mold fouling. Designed for military & aerospace parts, hoses, seals, gaskets, large rollers and beltings.
