Millathane® E34 by TSE Industries is a high performance, peroxide or sulfur-curable, polyether millable urethane rubber grade. Reinforcing fillers like silica, small particle carbon black, plasticizers, anti-degradants and processing aid are added to achieve mechanical strength and hardness. It uses co-agents such as TMPTMA (SR-350) with peroxides to modify processing. Possesses low temperature flexibility, outstanding hydrolytic stability, high rebound resilience, good compression set, low brittle point and good adhesion to metals. Shows good heat aging-, excellent ozone-, hydrolysis-, water-, oil-, fuel-, excellent weathering-, excellent abrasion-, tear- and heat resistance. Millathane® E34 is suitable for processing by extrusion, steam & hot air vulcanization, compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendared sheets could be press-cured or roto-cured. Typical end uses include printing rollers, copier rollers, drive belts, radar dome covers, conveyor belts, footwear outsoles, copier stops, cable jackets, aircraft fasteners and dust covers. Recommended for seals, industrial wheels and gasket applications.
