Exxelor™ VA 1202 by The Compound Company is a low viscosity, high maleic anhydride functionalized ethylene copolymer produced by reactive extrusion. Its fully saturated backbone results in outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, leading to good weatherability. Exxelor™ VA 1202 is suitable for medium/ low toughness, super-tough nylon applications and glass-filled impact modified applications. Exxelor™ VA 1803 by The Compound Company is a high flow, amorphous, low viscosity, extruded ethylene copolymer functionalized with high maleic anhydride level. Designed to modify the impact characteristics of glass-reinforced compositions. Offers stiffness & low temperature balance, very high notched izod impact resistance down to -40°C as well as improved flexibility and assembly of freshly molded parts. Its fully saturated backbone results in outstanding thermal and oxidative stability leading to enhanced weatherability. Exxelor™ VA 1803 provides reduced moisture sensitivity and improved dimensional stability allowing the production of molded parts with different wall thickness. Exxelor™ VA 1840 by The Compound Company is a high flow, semi-crystalline ethylene copolymer functionalized with medium maleic anhydride content by reactive extrusion. Its fully saturated backbone results in outstanding thermal and oxidative stability leading to enhanced weatherability. Its elastomeric nature provides high impact resistance at room temperature and at low temperature when blended with polyamide. It modified the impact characteristics of the full range of polyamides for temperatures as low as -20°C with or without glass fibers and fillers. Exxelor™ VA 1840 is compatible with polyolefins and more polar polymers that are capable of interacting with maleic anhydride. Exxelor™ PO 1020 by The Compound Company is an extruded polypropylene copolymer having high maleic anhydride graft level. Designed to add polarity to PP matrices and improve reactivity with amino-silane treated glass reinforcements. Offers good adhesion, outstanding unnotched & notched izod and charpy impact resistance as well as improved tensile and flexural strength. It is compatible with PP/PA alloys, polyolefins and polar polymers that are capable of interacting with maleic anhydride for alloying, recycling or co-extrusion purposes. Exxelor™ PO 1020 functions as a coupling agent between glass fibers, inorganic fillers, and PP. Exxelor™ VA 1801 by The Compound Company is a medium viscosity, semi-crystalline, extruded ethylene copolymer functionalized with high maleic anhydride level. Its fully saturated backbone results in outstanding thermal and oxidative stability leading to enhanced weatherability. Designed to modify the impact characteristics of glass-reinforced compositions. Offers very high notched izod impact resistance down to -20°C as well as improved flexibility and assembly of freshly molded parts. Exxelor™ VA 1801 provides reduced moisture sensitivity and improved dimensional stability allowing the production of molded parts with different wall thickness. Exxelor™ PO 1015 by The Compound Company is polypropylene copolymer having medium maleic anhydride graft level. It is produced by reactive extrusion. Designed to add polarity to PP matrices and improve reactivity with amino-silane treated glass reinforcements. It is compatible with PP/PA alloys, polyolefins and polar polymers that are capable of interacting with maleic anhydride for alloying, recycling or co-extrusion purposes. Offers good adhesion, outstanding unnotched & notched izod and charpy impact resistance as well as improved tensile and flexural strength. Exxelor™ PO 1015 functions as a coupling agent between glass fibers, inorganic fillers, and PP. Exxelor™ PE 1040 by The Compound Company is a high maleic anhydride functionalized high density polyethylene, produced by reactive extrusion. Designed to act as a coupling agent in filled PE compounds, or tie layer in multilayer PE systems to ensure compatibility as well as to improve adhesion and mechanical properties. Offers improved notched izod and charpy impact strength as well as reduced water absorption. Exxelor™ PE 1040 is compatible with polyamide and functions as a tie layer in multilayer tank systems.
