Exxelor™ PO 1020 by The Compound Company is an extruded polypropylene copolymer having high maleic anhydride graft level. Designed to add polarity to PP matrices and improve reactivity with amino-silane treated glass reinforcements. Offers good adhesion, outstanding unnotched & notched izod and charpy impact resistance as well as improved tensile and flexural strength. It is compatible with PP/PA alloys, polyolefins and polar polymers that are capable of interacting with maleic anhydride for alloying, recycling or co-extrusion purposes. Exxelor™ PO 1020 functions as a coupling agent between glass fibers, inorganic fillers, and PP.
