Yparex® 8104E by The Compound Company is a linear low-density polyethylene-based material for food packaging applications. It provides excellent adhesion between polyolefins and barrier materials, attractive dilution and good mechanical & optical properties. It possesses a broad processing window with mass temperatures allowed up to 300 °C. Yparex® 8104E can be processed by blow molding, blown film, cast film and extrusion coating. It can be used for flexible (meat, cheese, fish, sausage), liquid (juice, milk) and medical (intravenous bags, needle) packaging. Also used for containers & bottles (IBC, sauces), agricultural film (fumigation) and protective film (bubble warp). It is EU and FDA food approved.
Yparex® 9207 by The Compound Company is a modified low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. It is suitable for processing by extrusion coating. It contains adhesive resins for multiple multilayer concepts. Offers high productivity, consistent processability in terms of flow & melt stability, excellent gelcount performance, consistent quality of adhesion, retention of outstanding adhesion at elevated temperatures and excellent long-term (thermal) stability. Possesses good melt flow index, melting temperature and the level of functional groups. It is recommended for packaging applications. Yparex® 9207 complies with REACH, EU and FDA regulations.
Yparex® 9403 M by The Compound Company is a modified linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. Possesses good melt flow index, melting temperature and the level of functional groups. Offers high productivity, consistent processability in terms of flow & melt stability, excellent gelcount performance, consistent quality of adhesion, retention of outstanding adhesion at elevated temperatures and excellent long-term (thermal) stability. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for pipe, cable jacketing, cladding panels and building & construction applications. Yparex® 9403 M complies with REACH, EU, DVGW W 542 and FDA regulations.
