Radel® R-5000 by Syensqo is an autoclavable, general purpose, radiotranslucent, flame retardant, detergent resistant, biocompatible polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good chemical resistance, good dimensional stability, good electrical properties, good thermal aging resistance, high environmental stress crack resistance, and high heat resistance. Offers resistance to acids, bases, gamma radiation & steam, E-beam sterilizability, ethylene oxide sterilizability, good thermal stability, heat sterilizability, hydrolytic stability, steam sterilizability and ultra-high toughness. Radel® R-5000 is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, machining, sheet- film & profile extrusion, and thermoforming. Recommended applications include automotive, hospital goods, medical devices, dental applications, healthcare applications, membranes, surgical instruments, and food contact applications. It complies with the FAA FAR 25.853a, NSF 51, NSF 61, ISO 10993, RoHS, and ASTM D6394 SP0312 regulations. Radel® RG-5030 is radiation-, E-beam-, steam-, ethylene oxide-, and heat sterilizable. It is suitable for processing by machining, injection molding, and profile extrusion. Recommended for medical & healthcare applications including dental, hospital goods, medical devices and surgical instruments. Complies with the ISO 10993 Part 1 regulation. Radel® R-7159 by Syensqo is a detergent resistant, flame retardant polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good processing stability, good chemical resistance, and high flow. Offers good toughness, low smoke emission and low toxicity. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Radel® R-7159 is recommended for aircraft interior applications. Complies with the FAA FAR 25.853a, FAA FAR 25.853d, OSU 55/55 and RoHS regulations. Radel® R-7558 by Syensqo is a detergent resistant, flame retardant polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good processing stability, good chemical resistance, and good flow. Offers good toughness, low smoke emission and low toxicity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Radel® R-7558 is recommended for aircraft interior applications. Complies with the FAA FAR 25.853a, FAA FAR 25.853d and OSU 55/55 regulations. Radel® R-5600 by Syensqo is a clear amber colored, high melt flow, flame retardant polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good chemical resistance, good electrical properties, high environmental stress crack resistance, and high heat resistance. Offers resistance to acids & bases, good thermal stability, hydrolytic stability, steam sterilizability and ultra-high toughness. Radel® R-5600 is suitable for processing by injection molding, and extrusion. Recommended applications include aircraft & aerospace, and food contact applications. Radel® R-5900 MR by Syensqo is a lubricated, flame retardant polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good flow, good mold release, good chemical resistance, good electrical properties, high environmental stress crack resistance, and high heat resistance. Offers medium melt viscosity, resistance to acids & bases, good thermal stability, hydrolytic stability, steam sterilizability and ultra-high toughness. Radel® R-5900 MR is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Recommended applications include appliances, consumer applications, and food contact applications. It is particularly suitable for applications where design constraints dictate thin walls, tight tolerances, and minimal draft angles. Radel® R-7535 by Syensqo is a detergent resistant, flame retardant polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good processing stability, good chemical resistance, and good flow. Offers good toughness, low smoke emission and low toxicity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Radel® R-7535 is recommended for aircraft interior applications. Complies with the FAA FAR 25.853a, FAA FAR 25.853d and OSU 55/55 regulations. Radel® PPSU AM Filament NT1 HC by Syensqo is polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Suitable for additive manufacturing and 3D printing. Provides translucency, chemical resistance, high-temperature capabilities, impact strength and toughness. Offers excellent inter-layer fusion benefit. Radel® PPSU AM Filament NT1 HC is used in healthcare applications such as patient-specific cutting guides for surgery, complex components in single-use and reusable medical devices. It passes ISO 10993 limited contact testing.
