Amodel® PPA HFFR-4130 BK324 by Syensqo is a speciality PPA polymer grade. It provides resistance to thermal shock, automatic transmission fluid (ATF) corrosion resistance, and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy performance. Amodel® PPA HFFR-4130 BK324 is used in electric vehicle e-propulsion systems and advanced thermal management applications, specifically for electric powertrain busbar components. Amodel® HFFR-4133 NT by Syensqo is a black and natural colored, halogen-free and flame retardant polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with a 33% glass fiber. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent resistance to chlorine, acids, alkalis, fuels, oils (mineral/synthetic), alcohols, detergents, glycol, sour gas, biofuels, and hydrolysis, with low moisture absorption and strong dielectric properties. </li>
<li>It provides high ESCR (stress crack resistance), fatigue resistance, high hardness, stiffness, creep resistance, and good impact resistance, with dimensional stability and low CLTE. </li>
<li>It can withstand the demanding infrared reflow soldering process typically used in the electronics industry. </li>
<li>Amodel® HFFR-4133 NT also offers processing advantages like fast molding cycle, heat and thermal stability, good mold release, low warpage, hot water moldability, lubrication, laser weldability, and good adhesion. </li>
<li>It is suitable for processing by water-heated injection molding. </li>
<li>It provides enhanced processing capabilities for electrical and electronic applications like connectors requiring surface mount technology. </li>
<li> It has high flow and a wide processing window and offers good surface appearance, especially for larger electrical components. </li>
<li>It is also used in smartphone and personal computing applications. </li>
<li>Complies with RoHS, WEEE and UL 94 V-0 flame rating. </li> Amodel® FC-1120 L NT by Syensqo is 20% glass fiber reinforced polyphthalamide (PPA) grade. This grade is impact-modified, lubricated, heat-stabilized, and laser-weldable. Exhibits chlorine-, sour gas-, good glycol-, bio-fuel-, fuel-, alkali-, acid-, alcohol-, detergent and creep resistance. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Offers low moisture absorption, good dielectric properties, low CLTE, reduced warpage, strong adhesion, hot water moldability, easy mold release, and fast molding cycles. </li>
<li>This combines with its excellent thermal properties, low water absorption and good hydrolytic stability. </li>
<li>It also provides good fatigue-, impact-, mineral/synthetic oil- & high heat resistant, good processing-, dimensional- and thermal stability. </li>
<li>It also offers high strength, stiffness, hardness and ESCR (Stress Crack Resistance). </li>
<li>Amodel® FC-1120 L NT is suitable for processing by injection molding. </li>

It exhibits good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, high stiffness and high strength. It possesses high temperature strength, heat deflection temperature and very high tensile strength.<br>
