Hyflon® PFA P420 by Syensqo is a semi-crystalline, flame retardant perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) grade. Exhibits low flow, high heat resistance, high molecular weight and chemical inertness. Shows low melt flow, low surface energy and exceptional dielectric properties. Retains properties over a wide range of temperature from cryogenic (-196°C) to 260°C. Hyflon® PFA P420 is suitable for processing by extrusion, injection-, compression- and resin transfer molding. Used in liners, piping, tubing, cable jacketing, semi-conductor molding compounds, chemical processing industries and aerospace applications. Complies with ASTM D 3307 Type II agency rating and UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Hyflon® AD 40L by Syensqo is an amorphous perfluoro-polymer grade. Exhibits high temperature stability, excellent hydrophobicity, chemical resistance, low dielectric constant, excellent optical properties, high UV transmittance, low refractive index as well as very low surface energy. It is suitable for processing using casting or coating techniques and thermal treatments. Hyflon® AD 40L is recommended for uniform & thin films or coatings (down to submicron thicknesses if required), protective coatings, interlayer dielectric films and pellicles for electronics. Hyflon® MFA F1540 by Syensqo is a semi-crystalline, general purpose and flame retardant perfluoropolymer (PFA) grade. Exhibits medium to high flow, chemical inertness, high flexural endurance, low surface energy, exceptional dielectric properties and excellent mechanical characteristics. Provides exceptional stress crack resistance, low melting point and continuous service temperature upto 225°C. Hyflon® MFA F1540 is suitable for processing by extrusion coating. Used in chemical processing industry and wire & cable applications. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Hyflon® PFA 120 by Syensqo is a semi-crystalline, flame retardant perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) grade. Exhibits low flow, high heat resistance, chemical inertness, low surface energy and exceptional dielectric properties. Shows high viscosity, melt strength, lower permeability to gases and excellent mechanical characteristics. Retains properties over a wide range of temperature from cryogenic upto 300°C. Hyflon® PFA 120 is suitable for processing by extrusion-blow molding. Used in liners, piping, tubing, cable jacketing, semi-conductor molding compounds, chemical processing industries and aerospace applications. Complies with ASTM D 3307 Type II agency rating. Hyflon® AD 60 by Syensqo is an amorphous perfluoro-polymer grade. Exhibits high temperature stability, good thermal stability, excellent hydrophobicity & chemical resistance as well as very low surface energy and very high gas permeability & selectivity. Soluble in selected solvents. In particular, their high solubility in perfluorinated solvents and their low solution viscosities make them suitable for solution process technologies. It can be processed using casting or coating techniques and thermal treatments, well below the typical baking temperatures of semicrystalline perfluoro-polymers. Hyflon® AD 60 is suitable for membranes for gas separation and protective coatings and protective coatings. Hyflon® PFA M640 by Syensqo is perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) grade offered as a semi-crystalline flame retardant material. It has great heat resistance, low flow, and chemical inertness. Exceptional dielectric characteristics, low melt flow, and low surface energy are all displayed. It can withstand temperatures as low as cryogenic and as high as 250-260°C (482-500°F) without losing any of its characteristics. Extrusion, injection, compression, and resin transfer molding are appropriate processing methods for it. It is utilized in aerospace applications, chemical processing, liners, pipes, tubing, cable jacketing, semi-conductor molding compounds, and these other fields. Hyflon® PFA M640 complies with ASTM D 3307 Type VII agency rating, UL 758 and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
