Sipchem EVA 2518 by Sipchem is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade which is soft, crosslinkable, translucent, and flexible. It is created utilizing a high-pressure tubular Exxon-Mobil process with 18.2% vinyl acetate.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It has great elasticity, outstanding processability and mechanical qualities, high density, low melting temperature, and high tear resistance.</li>
<li>It has high polarity, excellent ESCR, nice gloss, low temperature toughness, and low self-ignition temperature (SIT).</li>
<li>Both injection molding and profile extrusion can be used to process it.</li><li>It is used for compounds, shoe soles and foams.</li>

Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density, low melting temperature, good processability, good mechanical properties and high tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). It is insoluble in water & slightly soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. Can be processed using injection moulding and profile extrusion. Sipchem EVA 2018 is recommended for foams, shoe soles, films and compounds. Complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS. Sipchem EVA 3514 by Sipchem is a soft, crosslinkable, transparent and flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade produced using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process with 14.4% of vinyl acetate. Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density and tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). It is insoluble in water & slightly soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. Films made using EVA 3514 exhibits high impact strength, high clarity and excellent heat sealability. It is recommended for meat packaging and heat seal layer. Sipchem EVA 3514 complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS. Sipchem EVA 2009 by Sipchem is a soft, crosslinkable, transparent and flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade produced using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process with 9% of vinyl acetate. Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density and tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). It is insoluble in water & slightly soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. Film made from EVA 2009 exhibits superior impact strength and heat sealability. Sipchem EVA 2009 by Sipchem is recommended for meat packaging and meat bags. Complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS. Sipchem EVA 3522 by Sipchem is a soft, crosslinkable, transparent and flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade produced using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process with 22% of vinyl acetate. Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density and tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). Films made using EVA 3522 include outstanding heat sealability and excellent strength. It is insoluble in water & slightly soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. Can be processed using cast film & stretch film extrusion and compounding. Sipchem EVA 3522 by Sipchem is recommended for film applications. Complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS. Sipchem EVA 2005 by Sipchem is a soft, crosslinkable, transparent and flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade produced using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process with 4.5% of vinyl acetate. Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density and tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). It is insoluble in water & slightly soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. Can be processed using co-extrusion. It is recommended for agricultural film, form fill & seal packaging, freezer film, high clarity film, lamination film, poultry bags, rice bags, rubber bale wrap and foams. Sipchem EVA 2005 complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS.
