Sipchem EVA 3522 by Sipchem is a soft, crosslinkable, transparent and flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade produced using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process with 22% of vinyl acetate. Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density and tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). Films made using EVA 3522 include outstanding heat sealability and excellent strength. It is insoluble in water & slightly soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. Can be processed using cast film & stretch film extrusion and compounding. Sipchem EVA 3522 by Sipchem is recommended for film applications. Complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS.
