TABOCAB SXI 006 by Silon is a halogen-free, flexible, cross-linkable polyethylene grade made by SIOPLAS technology. It exhibits high thermal-, oil-, and abrasion resistance suitable for operating temperature up to 125°C. It can be processed using extrusion. TABOCAB SXI 006 is designed for low voltage insulation and sheeting for automotive cables, solid aluminum battery cables & busbars and under-hood applications. The recommended catalyst masterbatches of this product are TABOCAB CM 012 & CM 013. The properties of this grade comply with the requirements of ISO 6722 and LV 112. Its shelf life is 6 months from the production date. TABOCAB SXI 009 by Silon is a highly flexible, silane-crosslinkable polyethylene grade made by SIOPLAS technology for outdoor and renewable applications. It can be processed using extrusion. It is suitable for operating temperature up to 90°C and DC voltage rating up to 2 kV. TABOCAB SXI 009 is recommended for solar cable as insulating compound in the cable construction of H1Z2Z2-K and PV1-F. It complies with EN 50618:2015, TUV 2 PfG 1169, IEC 60502 XLPE, IEC 60092/351, VDE 0276 2XI1 and HD 604 2XI1. Its shelf life is 6 months. TABOCAB SXI 007 by Silon is a silane-crosslinkable insulation and sheathing compound made by SIOPLAS technology. It exhibits low density, improved oil resistance, good abrasion resistance and excellent ozone resistance. It can be processed using extrusion. It is suitable for operating temperatures from -40-125°C. TABOCAB SXI 007 is designed for automotive cables of constructions such as FLMR2X, FLR2X, TXL, FLRX11Y, ISO 6722, LV 112 and SAE J 1128. The recommended catalyst masterbatches for this product are TABOCAB CM 011 and TABOCAB CM 012. Its shelf life is of 6 months. TABOCAB SXI 002 by Silon is a chemically-crosslinkable VLDPE (very low density polyethylene) and EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) grade made using SIOPLAS technology. This graft polymer is HFFR-LS which could be complying with NF C EN 60332-1-2. It can be processed using extrusion. TABOCAB SXI 002 is designed for cable insulation and construction applications. The properties of this grade comply with the requirements of IEC 60502 XLPE, IEC 60092/351, VDE 0276 2 XI1 and HD 604 2XI1. Its shelf life is 6 months. It can be used to produce flexible insulation with an improved surface quality. It can be processed using extrusion. It is designed for construction applications. Its shelf life is of 9 months. The recommended catalyst masterbatch for this compound is TABOREX CM 600814. It is a blend of silane grafted LLDPE and a masterbatch containing catalyst, antioxidant and metal deactivator system of additives. It offers optimal thermal stability.
