TABOREN® PH 22 B 25 by Silon is a natural colored, recyclable, barium sulphate filled polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It contains basic antioxidant. Exhibits very good processing, colorability and good balance of stiffness & impact strength. Can be processed by extrusion, cast extrusion, injection and blow molding. Possible application of TABOREN® PH 22 B 25 includes automotive, transportation, building, construction & infrastructure, personal care and processing industry. TABOREN® PH 49 G 30-045 by Silon is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer reinforced with 30% short glass fibers. It is recyclable and can be stabilized with a high AOX additive package. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Offers outstanding performance under enhanced temperatures. TABOREN® PH 49 G 30-045 is used in automotive applications. TABOREN® PC 39 T 30-003 is 30% talc filled, recyclable, UV-stabilized polypropylene (PP) block copolymer by Silon. It can be stabilized with high antioxidant content package. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and blow molding. Shows excellent processability and good surface performance. TABOREN® PC 39 T 30-003 is used in construction applications like PP profiles & pipes and general industrial applications. TABOREN® PH 49 G 30 by Silon is a compound based on polypropylene homopolymer. This grade is filled with 30% short glass fibers and stabilized with a high antioxidant package. It is designed for processing by injection molding. TABOREN® PH 49 G 30 is used in many industrial fields with stress put on excellent processability and good surface performance. It is recommended for automotive applications. Its hold-on pressure is more than 40% of the injection pressure. The product is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. TABOREN® PH 41 G 30-095 by Silon is a recyclable polypropylene (PP) homopolymer reinforced with 30% short glass fibers. It can be stabilized with a basic additive package and shows good performance under enhanced temperatures. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. TABOREN® PH 41 G 30-095 is designed for automotive applications. TABOREN® PH 41 G 30 by Silon is polypropylene (PP) homopolymer reinforced with 30% short glass fibers, stabilized with a basic antioxidant package. Exhibits excellent processability and good surface performance. It is recyclable and can be processed by extrusion and blow molding. TABOREN® PH 41 G 30 is used in general industrial, PP profiles and pipes construction applications. TABOREN® PH 41 G 30-845 by Silon is a compound based on polypropylene homopolymer filled with 30% of short glass fiber and stabilized with a basic antioxidant package. TABOREN® PH 41 G 30-845 is suitable for processing by injection molding at medium injection speed. It is used in general and industrial fields with stress put on excellent processability and good surface performance. Its hold-on pressure is more than 40% of the injection pressure. It is recommended to be pre-dried before processing. The grade is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. TABOREN® EC 49 C 70 by Silon is a natural colored, recyclable, calcium carbonate filled, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. It contains high level of antioxidant. Exhibits very good processing, colorability and good balance of stiffness & impact strength. Can be processed by extrusion, cast extrusion, injection and blow molding. TABOREN® EC 49 C 70 is used in hygiene applications such as breathable films for baby diapers or other semi-permeable products. TABOREN® PH 43 T 20-009 by Silon is a compound based on polypropylene homopolymer filled with 20% of talc and stabilized with UV additive. It is suitable for processing by injection molding at medium injection speed. It is used in automotive applications requiring excellent performance under enhanced temperature. TABOREN® PH 43 T 20-009 is recommended to be pre-dried before processing. Its hold-on pressure is more than 40% of the injection pressure. The grade is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. TABOREN® PC 32 G 20 by Silon is a recyclable polypropylene (PP) random copolymer reinforced with 20% short glass fibers. It can be stabilized with a standard antioxidant additive package. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. TABOREN® PC 32 G 20 is designed for construction applications including PP profiles and three-layer pressure pipes for drinking water distribution.
