Silon is one of the most important producers of polyolefin-based compounds and polyester fibres in Europe. Silon was founded as a polyamide filament yarn producer in 1950. At present, Silon designs, produces and sells polyolefin-based performance compounds and polyester fibers for applications in construction, the automotive industry, for hygienic and medical applications, and for general processing as well. TABOREN® PH 22 B 25

TABOREN® PH 22 B 25 by Silon is a natural colored, recyclable, barium sulphate filled polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It contains basic antioxidant. Exhibits very good processing, colorability and good balance of stiffness & impact strength. Can be processed by extrusion, cast extrusion, injection and blow molding. Possible application of TABOREN® PH 22 B 25 includes automotive, transportation, building, construction & infrastructure, personal care and processing industry.

TABOREX TA 1155 HD

TABOREX TA 1155 HD by Silon is a chemically-crosslinkable, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It is made by silane grafted ethylene polymer. It constitutes together with a TABOREX Masterbatch containing the crosslinking catalyst a SIOPLAS SYSTEM. It is designed for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for flexible pipes. It offers improved surface quality for domestic hot & cold water, under floor heating and central heating application. TABOREX TA 1155 HD complies with ASTM F876, CSA 137.5, EN ISO 15875 and BS 7291 specifications. Its shelf life is of 9 months.

TABOREX TA 1132 HD

TABOREX TA 1132 HD by Silon is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It is a chemically-crosslinkable polymer made by silane grafted ethylene polymer. Exhibits high maximum service temperature and chemical resistance even at elevated temperature conditions. Offers outstanding slow and rapid crack resistance especially at low temperatures and memory effect. It can be processed by extrusion. TABOREX TA 1132 HD, together with a TABOREX masterbatch containing the crosslinking catalyst constitutes a SIOPLAS-SYSTEM. Used in the production of flexible pipes with an improved surface quality for domestic hot and cold water, under floor heating and central heating applications. It meets with the requirements of ASTM F876, CSA 137.5, EN ISO 15875 and BS 7291. It has a shelf life of 9 months.
