TABOCAB SXI 009 by Silon is a highly flexible, silane-crosslinkable polyethylene grade made by SIOPLAS technology for outdoor and renewable applications. It can be processed using extrusion. It is suitable for operating temperature up to 90°C and DC voltage rating up to 2 kV. TABOCAB SXI 009 is recommended for solar cable as insulating compound in the cable construction of H1Z2Z2-K and PV1-F. It complies with EN 50618:2015, TUV 2 PfG 1169, IEC 60502 XLPE, IEC 60092/351, VDE 0276 2XI1 and HD 604 2XI1. Its shelf life is 6 months.
