TABOREX TA 1132 HD by Silon is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It is a chemically-crosslinkable polymer made by silane grafted ethylene polymer. Exhibits high maximum service temperature and chemical resistance even at elevated temperature conditions. Offers outstanding slow and rapid crack resistance especially at low temperatures and memory effect. It can be processed by extrusion. TABOREX TA 1132 HD, together with a TABOREX masterbatch containing the crosslinking catalyst constitutes a SIOPLAS-SYSTEM. Used in the production of flexible pipes with an improved surface quality for domestic hot and cold water, under floor heating and central heating applications. It meets with the requirements of ASTM F876, CSA 137.5, EN ISO 15875 and BS 7291. It has a shelf life of 9 months.
